One note in my post relates to finding the video that best meets your student’s need and does not go too far and thus confuse the student. In relation to the students you have phone conversation with, could you not do a Skype or Collaborate Lesson or do the students not have this capability?
Thanks to Kim for sharing the Educreations app for iPad. Looking at the website www.educreations.com they say you can create using either Ipad or a browser. I am so excited; this is just what I have needed to create individualized videos for students. I quickly downloaded the free app, created a trial video and then emailed it to myself. With the click of a button I was able to view my math lesson. I can now create a visual/auditory representation for my students, for that one question or concept they may be struggling with.
This is just another example of the power of sharing knowledge. Thanks Breanne and Kris for this.
